Tank Control Demo

Attempt at recreating the controls from a certain, 2005, survival horror, third-person shooter, from scratch, entirely in Unreal Engine 5 using blueprints.

Compatible with both mouse and keyboard along with USB controller.

Note: Bug when tilting camera left and right when using controller causes slight screen jitter.

Controls:

Move: WASD or left analog stick while not aiming

Tilt Camera: Move mouse or right analog stick while not aiming

Run: Hold left shift or bottom face button (A on xbox controller) while moving forward

Quick Turn: Tap run button while moving backwards

Aim: Hold right mouse button or left trigger button

Look around: Move mouse or right analog stick while aiming
